What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in: 4:00 PM / Check-out: 12:00 PM. Early/late requests are subject to availability.
Are rollaway beds or cribs available?
Rollaway beds are not available. Cribs and Pack ’n Plays can be arranged via the Concierge, subject to availability.
What’s your cancellation policy?
A full refund requires cancellation at least 72 hours prior to 4:00 PM EST on the arrival date. Cancellations within 72 hours incur a one-night room and tax charge.
Is The Dewberry pet-friendly?
Pets are not permitted, but service animals are welcome in accordance with ADA guidelines.
Do you offer parking?
Valet parking is available for $58 per night; self-parking is not offered.
What business services are available?
While a formal business center is not available, printing and scanning services can be arranged upon request.
How many people can stay in a room?
Maximum occupancy is four guests, depending on room category.
Do you charge a credit authorization fee?
A credit card authorization for the full stay plus $100 per night for incidentals will be secured at check-in.
Are there accessible accommodations available?
ADA-compliant rooms are available, featuring accessible entryways and roll-in showers. Advance reservations are recommended.
Are there daily housekeeping services?
Daily housekeeping and evening turndown service are provided. Laundry, pressing, and dry-cleaning services are available upon request.
Does the hotel provide transportation?
Complimentary Volvo house car transportation is offered for select destinations in downtown Charleston, based on availability.
Is professional photography and videography permitted?
Professional photography and videography require prior approval to preserve guest privacy.
Does the Citrus Club require reservations?
Lunch reservations are available for guests 21+ and can be made directly on Resy. Seating otherwise is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Are The Living Room and Citrus Club open to guests and the public?
Both The Living Room and Citrus Club welcome hotel guests and visitors. Citrus Club is for guests 21 years of age and older.
What’s the dress code for The Living Room and Citrus Club?
Collared shirts are required for gentlemen. Athletic apparel, swimsuits, or beach cover-ups are not permitted in The Living Room or Citrus Club.
Are outside food and beverage allowed in dining venues?
Not permitted in dining outlets.
Are after-parties permitted?
Not permitted in The Living Room or common areas; this applies to all contracted events, including weddings.

What types of events can you accommodate?
We host a thoughtfully curated range of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, executive retreats, weddings, social celebrations, and private dining experiences. From intimate gatherings to large-scale occasions, our spaces are designed to be both flexible and memorable.
What is the capacity of your event spaces?
Our venues accommodate everything from intimate board meetings to receptions of up to 200 guests. Capacity varies by room and setup style, and our team is pleased to recommend the ideal configuration tailored to your event vision.
Do you have outdoor event spaces?
Yes. We offer two distinct outdoor settings connected to our first-floor Meeting Rooms, including The Ballroom and Walled Garden, as well as our eighth-floor rooftop spaces, Rivers Room and North Terrace Rooftop.
Can you buy out the Citrus Club for a private event?
Yes, full buyouts of the Citrus Club are available for private events, subject to certain restrictions and availability. For additional details, please contact our Sales team.
Do you offer customizable floor plans?
Yes, all event spaces are fully customizable and can be arranged in a variety of configurations, including theater, classroom, boardroom, reception, and banquet-style layouts.
Is on-site catering available?
Yes. Our culinary team offers curated, seasonal menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner, breaks, and receptions. Custom menus and dietary accommodations are available, along with bespoke desserts and wedding cakes created by our in-house pastry chef.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or special requests?
Yes. We are pleased to accommodate a range of dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-specific requirements. We kindly ask that requests be shared in advance so we may tailor the experience accordingly.
Do you provide audiovisual equipment and support?
Yes, we offer comprehensive audiovisual capabilities, including screens, projectors, sound systems, and high-speed Wi-Fi. On-site technical support is available as well.
Is there a dedicated event coordinator?
Each event is supported by a dedicated Sales Manager and Event Manager who will guide you through every stage of planning, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience from start to finish.
Do you offer group room blocks for overnight guests?
Yes, we are pleased to offer room blocks for event attendees, providing both convenience and preferred group rates. Availability and pricing are subject to date and demand.
What is your booking and cancellation policy?
All bookings require a signed agreement and deposit to confirm. Cancellation policies vary based on event size and timing and will be clearly outlined within your contract by your Sales Manager.
How far in advance should I book my event?
We recommend securing your event date as early as possible, particularly for peak seasons and weekends, to ensure the best availability of preferred spaces and accommodations.
Is parking available for event guests?
Full parking details will be confirmed based on your specific event arrangements.
